The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy The Hague, is soliciting quotations for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide transportation and related services for furniture, appliances, and supplies within the Netherlands and from Antwerp, Belgium. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy The Hague, General Services Office (GSO)/Procurement - Contracting Officer: Jonathan P. Wedd - Products/Services Requested: - Transportation services for relocation of furniture, appliances, and supplies to/from the U.S. Embassy Warehouse (The Hague) and various Embassy-leased or owned properties in The Hague, Wassenaar, Amsterdam, Amstelveen, and Rotterdam - Collection and delivery of supplies from the European Logistics Support Office (ELSO) in Antwerp, Belgium - Assembly and installation of furniture and appliances (e.g., bed frames, dining tables, washer/dryer connections) - Make ready services, including two-way trip transportation (1–40 cubic meters), Geda lift services, and parking permits as needed - Customs clearance, handling, and delivery of supplies (approx. 150 cubic meters from ELSO Antwerp) - Debris disposal services (wood, plastic, cardboard) charged per cubic meter - Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, supplies, and clothing - Services are required year-round, with peak demand during the summer (May–September) - Pricing is based on cubic meters transported, with additional charges for lift services and parking permits - Contractor must maintain insurance - No specific OEMs or named vendors are identified in the solicitation - Place of performance includes U.S. Embassy facilities and properties in the Netherlands and ELSO Antwerp, Belgium

SUBJECT: Solicitation Number 19NL80-26-Q-0016 Invitation to enter into a BPA for Transportation Services The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Transportation Services (Furniture and Appliance Move) in the Netherlands. Please submit your quotation via e-mail to TheHagueContracts@state.gov, referencing our Solicitation number 19NL80-26-Q-0016, to the attention of Contracting Officer Jonathan P. Wedd by 3 P.M. on July 6, 2026. Quotations received after this deadline will not be accepted. 

To ensure your quotation is considered, please complete and submit the following:

* SF-18 (blocks 13, 14, 15, and 16) * The Pricing Schedule (section 9 of the Scope of Work)
