The Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and support services for BD Pyxis Medication and Supply Systems across multiple VA medical centers and outpatient clinics in Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Technology Acquisition Center, Eatontown, NJ - OEM Highlight: - CareFusion Solutions, LLC (a BD company) is the sole source OEM for Pyxis systems - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance and support for BD Pyxis Medication and Supply Systems - Includes preventative and corrective maintenance, software updates, technical support, and replacement parts - Service/Inspection Reports required within 7 days of service - Contractor staff roster submission and updates required - Quantities and Period of Performance: - 12 months base period, with four 12-month option periods (up to 60 months total) - Services cover all listed VA facilities for each period - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Compliance with federal security, privacy, and IT standards (including HIPAA and VA cybersecurity policies) - Services must be performed at multiple VA medical centers and outpatient clinics - Places of Performance: - Marion VA Medical Center (IL), Evansville Health Care Center (IN), and ten additional VA clinics in IL, IN, and KY
