Description

The Department of Corrections (DOC) is requesting bids for the purchase of a Homogenizer for the Waupun State Dairy on behalf of the Bureau of Correctional Enterprises (BCE). This is a rebid of a previously issued solicitation. The contract will cover the delivery of the equipment and training. The Waupun State Dairy produces skim milk, ice cream, sherbet, and sells cream as a by-product, with an annual production of 1,550,000 gallons of skim milk.
