Description
The Mountain Education Center Governing Board is soliciting proposals from construction professionals/firms to provide Construction Professional (CP) services for the construction of a new freestanding 11,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building in Habersham County, Georgia. The project delivery method will be Construction Manager at Risk (CM at Risk) with collaboration with a Design Professional. The CP will be responsible for preconstruction services including pricing, value engineering, and constructability issues, as well as managing construction within a preliminary budget of $4,000,000. The contract will be an Actual Cost plus a Fixed or percentage Fee not to exceed a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Agreement.
