UNLV is seeking a Prime Architect to lead the design and replacement of mechanical systems in Campus Lab Building 3 (CLB3). - Government Buyer: - University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), under the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) - Purchasing Department and Planning & Construction offices - OEMs and Vendors: - Turpin & Rattan Engineering Inc. The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) is seeking an experienced and qualified Prime Architect to provide Architectural Design Services for the mechanical system replacement in Campus Lab Building 3 (CLB3). The scope includes code analysis, fire protection, and services from Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Engineers, and Structural Engineers. The project involves new air handlers, building automation system design, air distribution, and energy code review. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site inspection is scheduled for May 21, 2026, and all proposers must attend the entire inspection to qualify.
