Description

The P2A Pump Station Rehabilitation Project located at 7100 East Carey Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89030 involves upgrades to four pumps to increase output, electrical controls modernization, suction and discharge piping size increases, onsite drainage improvements, HVAC upgrades, replacement of emergency generator, and replacement of the existing NV transformer. The project must be completed within 300 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The estimated monetary range of the project is $7,500,000 to $9,500,000. A prebid conference is scheduled for June 3, 2026, at the project site, and questions must be submitted by June 9, 2026. Bids are due by June 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
