The City of North Las Vegas is seeking bids for a multi-year contract to provide comprehensive citywide traffic control setup services and equipment. - Government Buyer: - City of North Las Vegas, Purchasing Division - Products and Services Requested: - Full-service traffic control setups for city projects (excluding CIP and Prevailing Wage projects) - 24/7 response capability with one-hour response time - Certified personnel and compliance with MUTCD and state mandates - Preparation and maintenance of traffic control plans - Flagging operations and emergency response - Wide range of equipment and materials, including: - Arrow panel boards, message boards, and light towers - Lane closures (single, double, park, edge, half-road, football, sidewalk, turn lane, road closures) - Traffic cones (28" and 42", with/without bands and CNLV stenciling) - Traffic drums (with/without lights, with/without CNLV stenciling) - Barricades (Type II and III, with/without lights, with/without CNLV stenciling, special messages) - Water and concrete barrier rails (with/without lights, with CNLV stenciling) - Impact attenuator trucks (with and without operators) - Trench plates, K-rails, sand bags, signs, shadow trucks - Labor services (stand-by, emergency, flaggers, maintenance, delivery/pickup) - Unit pricing is required for daily, hourly, per trip, or per each basis - Unique or Notable Requirements: - 24/7 availability and rapid response for emergency and scheduled work - Strict adherence to safety, insurance, and operational standards - Work in sensitive areas such as school zones with specific time restrictions - All equipment and setups must comply with MUTCD and state/local regulations - Optional pre-bid meeting and mandatory electronic bid submission - No specific OEMs or brands are named; vendors may propose compliant products and solutions - Contract term is three years with two optional one-year extensions - Work will be performed throughout North Las Vegas, including major roads and school zones
