The U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi is soliciting comprehensive gardening maintenance services for multiple government-owned properties in Abu Dhabi, UAE. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi - Facility Management Office and Contracting Office - Scope of Services: - Routine gardening maintenance for the Embassy compound (10,032 sq meters), Chief of Mission Residence (CMR, 1,450 sq meters), and Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCMR, 165 sq meters) - Monthly services for each location, covering grass cutting, trimming, pruning, watering, fertilizing, pest control, debris removal, and maintenance of indoor plants and constructed wetlands - Seasonal supply and planting of flower plants: - 10,000 plants annually for Embassy compound - 1,500 plants annually for CMR - 1,250 plants annually for DCMR - Lifecycle plant replacement with specific plant types (e.g., Leucophyllum, Spider Lilly White, White Jasmine, Hibiscus, Big Salt Bush, Desert Rose, Bougainvillea, Dedonia Viscosa, Dumdum, Pennisetum, Gardenia Jasminoides) - Temporary additional gardening services for special events, available on an as-needed basis with 24-hour notice - Specialized tasks such as palm frond removal and volleyball court maintenance - Contract Structure: - Base year plus four one-year option periods - Each period covers 12 months of service; possible six-month extension under FAR 52.217-8 - Unique Requirements: - Quality control and supervision standards - Service coverage for multiple federal properties - Large-scale seasonal plant supply and replacement - No specific OEMs or named vendors; opportunity is open to qualified local and international providers - Delivery and performance locations are all in Abu Dhabi, UAE, at U.S. Embassy and official residences

Enclosed is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Gardening services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at the U.S. Embassy compound, the residences of the Chief of Mission and the Deputy Chief of Mission of the U.S. Embassy, in Abu Dhabi, UAE.  If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.
