The U.S. Embassy Vienna is seeking a contractor to replace 73 Fan Coil Units (FCUs) at its main chancery and annexes in Vienna, Austria. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Vienna, and U.S. Tri-Mission Vienna Procurement/Contracting Unit - OEMs and Vendors: - Sinclair (specified as the preferred or reference OEM for FCUs, controllers, and valve kits) - Equivalent brands may be accepted if meeting technical requirements - Products/Services Requested: - 61 wall/ceiling fan coil units, 2-pipe, 3.5kW (Sinclair SF-500F3 or equivalent) - 12 wall/ceiling fan coil units, 2-pipe, 4kW (Sinclair SF-700F3 or equivalent) - 73 LCD wired room controllers (Sinclair KJRP-75A or equivalent) - 73 3-way valve connection kits (Sinclair or equivalent) - Site installation, removal and disposal of 73 existing FCUs, delivery and installation of new FCUs, connection of pipes, insulation, electrical connection, hydraulic balancing, commissioning, and documentation - Skilled and unskilled labor (hourly rates), and provision of materials - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Compliance with Austrian standards and U.S. government regulations - Prohibition on use of certain foreign telecommunications and surveillance equipment - Three-year warranty from final acceptance - Work must be performed while the embassy remains operational - All technical documentation, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals required - Registration in SAM for contracts over $40,000 - Place of Performance: - U.S. Embassy Vienna, Boltzmanngasse 16, 1090 Vienna, Austria

Description

This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12 . This project's specification covers the replacement of 73 Fan Coil Units for the US- Embassy, Vienna, Austria.

The work involves, but is not limited to the following:

Decommissioning of existing FCUs, 2 pipes Draining to the required extent Disconnecting cold water- and condensate pipes Electrical disconnection FCU’s and room controllers Removal and disposal existing FCU’s and pipes Execution planning Delivery and installation of 73 FCU’s incl. pipes, valves, actuators and room controllers Connection cold water- and condensate pipes Pipe insulation Electrical connection Hydraulic balancing Commissioning Documentation
