The U.S. Embassy Amman, under the Department of State, is soliciting quotations for the supply and delivery of one brand new compact SUV vehicle for embassy use in Amman, Jordan. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, American Embassy Amman - General Services Office and Financial Management Office (FMO) - Product Requested: - One (1) brand new compact SUV vehicle - 2025 model year or later - 4-cylinder gasoline hybrid engine - All-Wheel Drive (AWD) - 7 airbags, 5 passenger capacity - Safety and emergency equipment: fire extinguisher, first aid kit, warning triangle, full-size spare tire - Tinted windows, LED lighting - Exterior color: Black, Gray, or Silver - 3-year/100,000 km warranty (whichever comes first) through an authorized dealer in Amman - Local after-sales service and spare parts availability required - Notable Requirements: - Contractor must be an authorized dealer in Amman, Jordan - Delivery required within 60 working days of contract award, door-to-door to the embassy - Payment will be made in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) - Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) - Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer - No specific OEMs or part numbers are named, but the requirements suggest eligibility for major global compact SUV manufacturers with authorized dealerships in Jordan.

Description

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for supply and delivery of a brand new vehicle. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 (Box 8) that follows this letter. Quotations are due by June 21, 2026, at 16:30 PM (Amman Time GMT+3). Quotations MUST be submitted by email to AmmanRFQ@state.gov. Offers sent to any other address or addressed to specific individuals will NOT be considered. Offers MUST be in the following format to be considered acceptable: • Email subject line to include [Company/Offeror Name] and RFQ 19J01026Q0011. • Attach all documents to the e-mail (Microsoft Word or PDF). We will not accept offers that include links, unsolicited offers, or hard copies. • Offers submitted after the deadline or to the incorrect email address will not be considered. In addition to the Technical Proposal, offers must include the following for the package to be considered complete: • SF-1442; • Section I Pricing; • Section 5, Representations and Certifications; • Additional information as required in Section 3; • Proof of Active SAM Registration. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is need to do so
