Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (NOT A PURCHSE ORDER). The Government reserves the right to make award to the vendor whose offer conforming to this RFQ represents the overall price. Award will be made to single offeror. Incomplete quotes will be considered nonresponsive. Please respond to this RFQ by providing the following information, no later than 1000 hours (JST) on 10 Jun 26.

This will result in a brand name procurement for Monaco Enterprise, Inc. parts because the proposed equipment must be compatible with the existing Monaco BT-XM fire alarm transmitter system installed at Misawa Air Base, Japan. Only Monaco equipment has been verified to be fully compatible with the existing system. Use of other manufacturers' equipment may require modification or replacement of the existing infrastructure, resulting in additional cost and potential disruption to fire alarm monitoring operations
