The U.S. Air Forces in Europe, through the 31st Contracting Squadron, is seeking a modular, floor-mounted hot water tank replacement system for Aviano Air Base. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Forces in Europe, 31st Contracting Squadron (31 CONS) - Points of contact: 2d Lt Michael Guillermo (Contract Specialist), Melissa Maurhart - Products/Services Requested: - Replacement of three (3) 5,000-liter insulated domestic hot water tanks - Modular, floor-mounted design - External PVC coating, internal Bluetech enamel and thermosetting resin lining - Anode for galvanic protection - Two-pass AISI 304 stainless steel shell and tube heat exchanger - CE certification required - Advanced corrosion protection and insulation - Expansion vessels: nine (9) total (two 200-liter and one 100-liter per tank) - Galvanized steel piping and fittings for each tank (detailed list of components and quantities) - Installation and commissioning services, including removal and disposal of existing tanks, installation of new tanks and hydraulic connections, leak testing, and documentation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All tanks and components must be suitable for domestic hot water production - Compliance with CE certification standards is mandatory - Stainless steel heat exchangers and advanced corrosion protection required - Turnkey installation including removal, disposal, and commissioning - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Additional technical details are referenced in an attachment

Description

The hot water tank replacement system must be a modular, floor-mounted solution designed for the replacement of three 5,000-liter insulated tanks in designated buildings. The system is intended for indoor installation and must comply with CE certification standards.
