This solicitation is for the construction of drainage improvements at the dump site and clarifier located at the Adams Field Wastewater Reclamation Facility (AFWRF) in Little Rock, Arkansas. The project includes constructing a concrete trough, installing truck washdown stations, expanding truck access with new concrete driveway and pad, regrading, and restoring grass swales.
