The City of Cocoa Beach, Florida, is seeking qualified contractors to remove and replace the golf course irrigation pump and monitoring system at 5000 Tom Warriner Blvd. - Government Buyer: - City of Cocoa Beach, City Clerk's Office - Products and Equipment Requested: - Complete golf course irrigation pump station system - Includes (2) 60 HP VFDs for main motors, (1) 10 HP VFD for jockey motor - Aluminum 6061-T6 pump station skid, stainless steel hardware, mechanical seals - 10-inch suction scanning filter (300-micron screen), polyester powder-coated piping (4 inches and larger) - 7.5 KVA Power Zone transformer, resettable circuit breakers, air-conditioned electrical control panel - Lake level control system with float switches - Remote monitoring compatible with irrigation control system - System must deliver approximately 1,300 GPM - Services Requested: - Removal and disposal of existing pump station (including pumps, motors, piping, electrical components) - Installation, startup, testing, and commissioning of new system - On-site training for City personnel, as-built drawings, and comprehensive O&M manuals - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must have a valid Florida contractor's license and at least five years of relevant experience - System must be fully operational within 96 hours of shutdown of the current system - Minimum one-year warranty on new system - On-site training and documentation required - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Proposals evaluated on qualifications, experience, organizational capacity, and pricing
