Metro intends to award a sole source contract to Pattern Pro's LLC for Lead-Free Hunting Oregon. The contract is sole source because the required services are available from only one source, as determined under Administrative Rules Division 47-0275. Contractors adversely affected by the award have seven calendar days from the notice issuance to file a protest. Protests must be submitted in writing to the Metro Procurement Officer at 600 NE Grand Ave., Portland OR 97232.
