Description

GTRI/SISD requests continued support from Executive Leadership Group, Inc. (ELG) for strategic planning execution and leadership development in support of GTRI's primary sponsor, the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). The scope includes strengthening organizational performance in new strategic focus areas, developing strategic planning and execution at Directorate and Division levels, facilitating progress review meetings, conducting targeted assessments, providing ongoing advisory support, and delivering leadership development services such as coaching and virtual training. ELG is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling this requirement due to its unique methodologies and institutional knowledge. The contract is a sole source award with an estimated value of $450,000 for fiscal year 2026.
