Michigan Statewide E-Rate Networking and Security Master Agreement – Hardware, Software, Services, and Maintenance

The Michigan Statewide Educational Network Consortium (MiSEN), in partnership with REMC SAVE, is seeking bids for a statewide master agreement to provide E-Rate eligible networking hardware, software, cabling, licensing, maintenance, and related services for Michigan schools, libraries, and public agencies. - Government Buyer: - Michigan Statewide Educational Network Consortium (MiSEN) - REMC SAVE (REMC Association of Michigan) - OEMs and Vendors: - No single OEM is specified; the solicitation is manufacturer-neutral and open to all qualified suppliers. - Catalog discounts are requested for a wide range of OEMs, including but not limited to: Cisco/Meraki, HPE/Aruba/Juniper, Dell, Extreme Networks, Fortinet, Ruckus Networks, Ubiquiti, Palo Alto Networks, SonicWall, WatchGuard, CyberPower, Eaton, Lenovo, Motorola Solutions/Avigilon, AXIS Communications, Verkada, and many others. - Products/Services Requested: - Networking hardware: antennas, cabling, caching devices, firewalls, racks, routers, switches, UPS/battery backup, wireless access points, wireless controllers - Software and licensing for all network equipment - Managed internal broadband services (leased and existing equipment) - Basic maintenance of internal connections - Security and surveillance equipment (cameras, detection systems, access control) - Engineering, installation, tradesmen, and general labor services for networking projects - Catalog discounts for full product lines from dozens of major OEMs - Specific line items include various models of UPS battery backups, wireless access points (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7), switches, and security cameras - Notable Requirements: - Statewide cooperative purchasing for up to 10,165 eligible locations - Quantities are placeholders; actual needs determined by participating entities - Multiple awards possible; mini-bids/quotes required when multiple vendors or product lines are available - Vendors must register in the REMC SAVE portal and comply with all ITB terms - E-Rate eligibility and compliance with state/local procurement rules are mandatory - Contract includes installation and initial configuration for all hardware - Administrative fee of 1% applies to all sales under the contract

The Michigan Statewide Education Network (MiSEN), in cooperation with REMC SAVE, is soliciting bids to establish Master Agreements for E-Rate eligible hardware, software, cabling, licensing, maintenance, and related services for eligible Michigan entities. This procurement is a master pricing vehicle with no guaranteed quantities or dollar volumes, serving up to 10,165 potential locations statewide. The contract term is from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2028, with one optional 24-month renewal. Vendors must register and submit bids by specified deadlines and comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the Invitation to Bid (ITB).
