Description

This contract is for Continuous Emission Monitoring Services provided by Air Quality Engineering, Inc. to the County of Orange. The contract is a firm fixed fee/usage agreement effective from October 5, 2022, through October 4, 2027. The scope includes monitoring services as detailed in the attached Scope of Work and payment terms outlined in the Payment/Compensation attachment. The contract allows for cooperative agreements with other governmental or non-profit entities under specified terms.
