(BBC) is soliciting proposals to provide Construction Manager Owner’s Representative Services for the renovation of two adjacent affordable housing complexes in Deerfield Beach, FL, known as Highland Gardens, I and II. The rehabilitation of both sites is being financed as a single project with tax-exempt bonds and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs).
