The City of East Lansing Downtown Management Board (DMB) is seeking professional services to develop an updated branding campaign for the Board and its public-facing social media presence, Downtown East Lansing. The selected contractor will review existing branding, meet with the DMB Marketing Committee to discuss rebranding ideas, and develop an updated branding campaign and marketing materials for approval. Services must be completed by November 5, 2026, and quotes must remain valid for 90 days.
