Behavioral Intervention Services for Students with Disabilities – DeKalb County School District

DeKalb County School District is seeking qualified providers for Behavioral Intervention Services to support students with disabilities across the district. - Government Buyer: - DeKalb County School District (DCSD), Exceptional Education Department, Vendor Services and Purchasing Departments - Services Requested: - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) services: consultative and direct behavioral support, program development, training, behavioral assessments, interventions, evaluations, court testimony, and IEP meeting attendance - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) services: direct behavioral intervention under BCBA supervision - Certified Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) services: behavioral intervention as part of the services team - Services delivered primarily in-person at district facilities, with some virtual consultative, training, supervision, and report review activities - Requirements: - Pricing must be firm fixed hourly rates for all three roles (BCBA, RBT, ABA), inclusive of all costs (travel, materials, admin) - Vendors must provide audited financial statements or tax returns, proof of insurance, and compliance documentation - Staff resumes and credentials required; background checks and confidentiality compliance mandatory - Willingness to use teletherapy/virtual services as needed - Open to both in-state and out-of-state vendors (must meet Georgia business requirements before contract execution) - Multiple vendors will be awarded; assignments based on student needs and vendor responsiveness - No specific OEMs or product manufacturers are involved, as this is a professional services procurement.

Description

The DeKalb County School District (DCSD), Exceptional Education Department, is seeking proposals from highly qualified and capable behavior intervention providers to provide Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for behavioral consultative and direct services to students with disabilities enrolled in DCSD. Services include behavioral consultative and direct interventions, with some activities potentially delivered virtually.
