Description

UW Medicine is seeking to establish a contract with a qualified and experienced bidder to provide consultative services, remote patient monitoring technology, services and relevant interfaces, service providers, information technology, staffing, logistics coordination, and care delivery in support of UW Medicine's Acute Hospital Care at Home (AHCH) program.
