The procurement supports the Drone and Flight Autonomy Lab (DFAL) under the Defence Innovation Hub initiative, requiring mature ALE systems (TRL 9) validated in military operations with Canada or allied countries. The contract duration is 31 months starting from July 6, 2026, and bidders must submit fixed unit prices in Canadian currency excluding customs duties, with taxes extra.
