Reno-Tahoe International Airport Concessionaire Opportunity for Food, Beverage, and Retail Operations

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking qualified concessionaires to operate food & beverage and retail concessions at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO): - RTAA is the government buyer, overseeing the procurement for airport concession operations - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the opportunity is open to all qualified concessionaires - Products/services requested: - Design, development, management, and operation of food & beverage concessions - Design, development, management, and operation of retail concessions - Concession opportunities are organized into multiple packages across New Concourse A & B, the Terminal Connector, and select pre-security areas - Unique requirements: - Mandatory pre-proposal meeting for all interested parties - Proposals must be submitted via the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) online portal - RTAA prefers to award packages to multiple operators to encourage competition and diversity - Agreements will be Non-Exclusive Concession Leases, effective upon approval and signing - This procurement is driven by expiring concession agreements and the MoreRNO capital program, which includes redevelopment of concourses and terminal facilities

Description

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified concessionaires to design, develop, manage, and operate food & beverage and retail concessions at Reno-Tahoe International Airport. This procurement is driven by expiring concession agreements and redevelopment under the MoreRNO capital program. Concession packages are located within New Concourse A & B, the Terminal Connector, and select pre-security areas. Respondents may submit proposals for one or more packages, with RTAA preferring multiple operators to promote competition but reserving the right to award as deemed in the best interest of the airport.
