Description

The Murrieta Housing Authority is requesting written proposals from qualified consultants or consulting firms to assist with various general housing tasks. The scope includes annual reporting, statutory payment calculations, financial-related services, evaluation of economic and market feasibility studies, financial and proforma analysis review, real estate advisory and negotiation services, implementation agreements and special services, site assembly coordination, relocation services, affordable housing project services including strategies, compliance, deed restriction monitoring, income qualifications, and preparation of agenda materials and reports for hearings. The contract term is anticipated to be three years with possible annual renewals based on performance. Proposals are due by June 19, 2026.
