Description

Empire State Development (ESD) is seeking proposals from qualified parties for the development of a cloud-based, turnkey application to support the creation, management, and submission of applications in the Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) system. The current CFA system, built in ColdFusion 22, is at its end-of-useful life and the new system should require minimal to no IT support to administer programs. The CFA has historically received over 150,000 applications and supports over 700 programs. The vendor will develop a new system that supports all requirements and allows an Admin User to manage programs with minimal IT involvement.
