St. Johns County is seeking vendors to provide two mobile training canopy systems for the Sheriff's Office Training Center. - Government Buyer: - St. Johns County Purchasing Department, for the St. John’s County Sheriff’s Office Training Center - OEMs and Vendors: - CoverShot (OEM of the Canopy Eclipse system) - Equivalent products from other manufacturers are permitted - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) CoverShot Canopy Eclipse or equivalent mobile training canopy systems - Mobile covered firing line infrastructure - Must meet minimum requirements in Exhibit A – Scope of Work - Intended to protect instructors and students from sun, heat, UV, and weather - Turnkey services including: - Design, fabrication, delivery, assembly, commissioning, and training - All labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, freight, unloading, assembly, testing, startup, and training - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Complete turnkey solution required - Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes and industry standards - Delivery and installation must be completed by or before the specified deadline - Training for staff included in scope
Description
This solicitation is for the design, fabrication, delivery, assembly, commissioning, and training of two mobile training canopy systems for the St. John’s County Sheriff’s Office Training Center. The systems must meet the minimum requirements specified in Exhibit A – Scope of Work and provide mobile covered firing line infrastructure to protect instructors and students from sun exposure, heat stress, UV radiation, and inclement weather. Delivery and installation must be completed by September 1, 2026. The awarded contractor is responsible for all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, unloading, assembly, testing, startup, and training necessary for a complete turnkey system.
