Description

Sealed bids are requested by RMIS Engineering for alterations at the roof-wall interface between the gymnasium walls and surrounding roofs at Laval PSQV. The work includes selective demolition of existing limestone masonry, modifications to air barriers, installation of new through wall flashing assemblies, and restoration of adjacent roofing assemblies including modified bitumen membrane and ballasted EPDM membrane systems. The project covers approximately 170 linear feet of through wall flashing installation. The work is managed on behalf of Conseil des Écoles Fransaskoises and is scheduled to begin on June 29, 2026, with completion by October 15, 2026.
