Description
This solicitation is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for architectural services related to the HVAC replacement and building improvements at the former School of Business building, which will become the new home for the School of Education. The project involves selective demolition for removal of existing HVAC equipment and installation of new equipment, including interior and exterior improvements such as reconstruction of disturbed areas, FF&E, and geothermal heating and cooling to meet current and future needs.
