Description

The City of Cleveland, Division of Water, is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms for inspection, replacement, and rehabilitation of water mains. The contract covers extensive engineering services including design, plan review, environmental assessments, construction monitoring, and corrosion control for water mains ranging from 4 to 60 inches in diameter. The program is planned for 2028-2029 but may start as early as 2026 and conclude by 2031. Two contracts will be awarded for an estimated 20,000 hours of engineering work over approximately two years.
