Description

The City of Williamsburg is seeking proposals from qualified Certified Public Accounting firms with experience in local governments in Virginia to provide pre-audit and accounting services for the City's funds and HTRFA for FY2026. The scope includes preparation of journal entries, assistance with GASBS 103 and 104 implementation, preparation of statistical tables, and optional services such as review of tax relief balances and pension entries. Experience with Tyler EERP and DebtBook is preferred but not required. The project excludes WRHA and other fiduciary funds.
