Description

The Ministry of Natural Resources requires a vendor to provide Food Kits to support fire operations during the forest fire season at the Kenora, Thunder Bay, and Greenstone Fire Management Headquarters. Bidders may bid on any or all of the three lots corresponding to each location. The vendor must supply and deliver 48 Hour Fireline Food Kits and Food Requisition Orders with options for meat and vegan friendly vegetarian meals. The food must be of the highest quality, Grade "A" or better, and comply with all applicable provincial and federal regulations. The contract supports fire line staff meals during wildfire emergencies from April 1st to October 31st annually, with order quantities varying based on fire activity.
