Description

This solicitation seeks a vendor accredited to the ISO/IEC 17025 standard for equine forensic drug testing to provide testing and analysis of equine biological samples for illegal and performance enhancing drugs, non-therapeutic medications, and forensic analysis of horse hair. The vendor will also conduct supplementary testing and research, including out of competition testing, stake horse testing, testing for unknown substances, and litigation support.
