The City of Georgetown is soliciting proposals from qualified respondents to provide scheduled maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, emergency response, and related services for city-owned power generators and automatic transfer switch gear. The services are to be provided on a scheduled and as-needed basis. The solicitation includes maintenance for generators of various sizes, with quantities specified for each size category. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City's E-bid system by June 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. A non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 11, 2026.
