BC Hydro seeks proposals from qualified suppliers to deliver audio visual services supporting the modernization and operation of meeting room environments across BC Hydro facilities. The services include supply, design, installation, integration, ongoing support, maintenance, and recycling of equipment. These services are provided on an as-needed basis for both standard and specialized spaces. The initial contract term is 5 years, with the possibility of extension up to 10 additional years, totaling 15 years.
