Description
The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Watershed Management (DWM), is initiating a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process to procure qualified contractors for trace organic laboratory testing services. These services support compliance with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits and industrial pretreatment program requirements. Vendors will be evaluated on their experience with wastewater and environmental compliance laboratory analytical services, including trace organic analysis, priority pollutant testing, whole effluent toxicity testing, QA/QC procedures, sample handling, reporting, and regulatory compliance. The selected vendor is expected to provide timely, accurate, and compliant laboratory analysis and reporting to support regulatory compliance and operational reliability for DWM's wastewater treatment and pretreatment monitoring programs.
