Description
Canada, represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), seeks a Contractor to provide Quality Assurance and Third-Party Commissioning services for the new Embassy in Mexico City. The Contractor must provide all specialized resources necessary to complete these services. The Chancery construction aims to achieve LEED Gold and Net Zero Emissions Ready certification for Building Design and Construction. The Contractor must be locally available to undertake work and will not be compensated for any local or other travel expenses. The estimated contract period is 56 months, starting approximately on August 1, 2026.
