Description
Alvin Community College is seeking a single individual or sole proprietor to provide Staff Augmentation Project Management Services for comprehensive facilities upgrades and modifications as part of the College's 2025 Maintenance Tax Note Project. The services are needed on an as-needed basis for projects related to architectural building modifications, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology/security system upgrades at the main campus buildings A, B, C, and D. The total project budget is $30,000,000 including design and soft costs, with the design firm already selected and construction contracts to be awarded to a single construction manager at risk firm. The term of the agreement may exceed three years until all assigned projects are completed.
