The Texas Animal Health Commission (TAHC) is soliciting proposals for a laboratory testing facility to provide phlebotomy services and related support for its field personnel. The services include baseline and routine surveillance testing for Cholinesterase, Brucella, and Tuberculosis to monitor pesticide exposure among employees. The contractor must have multiple testing facilities within a 50-mile radius of TAHC offices across Texas and provide administrative support, training, and secure electronic reporting of results. The contract term begins upon award and expires no later than August 31, 2027, with options for renewal.
