Description
The Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) requires professional contractor support to execute the Vermont Work for Warriors (WFW) program. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supervision, and quality control necessary to deliver comprehensive career support, job placement, and transition assistance. These services shall be directed toward VTARNG Service Members, Veterans, Reservists, and their immediate family members to connect them with employment, education, and retention benefits. To manage program operations, the contractor shall operate and maintain the dedicated toll-free phone line for the Military and Family Support Center. The contractor shall continuously evaluate WFW program processes to identify operational efficiencies and ensure service delivery. Additionally, the contractor shall develop and deliver a comprehensive annual strategic approach plan to the government to guide the programs outreach goals. For direct participant support, the contractor shall provide personalized, one-on-one career services to all eligible individuals. These services shall include professional resume writing assistance, LinkedIn profile optimization, and tailored interview coaching sessions. To expand regional job opportunities, the contractor shall actively negotiate employment partnerships and draft Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with local Vermont businesses. To build regional network capacity, the contractor shall represent the WFW program at local job fairs, industry networking events, and community summits. The contractor shall actively collaborate with the Army and Air Recruiting and Retention Battalion. This collaboration shall focus on integrating PRIME benefits and aligning recruitment initiatives with employment resources. To drive program awareness, the contractor shall execute a comprehensive media and marketing strategy across digital and print channels. The contractor shall design and distribute promotional materials, including fliers, digital content, podcasts, and custom video resumes. Additionally, the contractor shall perform routine maintenance, content updates, and management of the official program website (workforwarriorsvt.org) and authorized social media platforms.
