Description
This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District, requires a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Mussel Survey and Relocation services in USACEs Great Lakes and Ohio River Division (LRD). The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, fuel, and materials necessary to perform Mussel Surveys and Mussel Relocations within the LRDs rivers and tributaries in accordance with the Scope. This procurement will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) commercial service contract consisting of a Base Year plus four (4) Option Years, exercised at the Governments discretion.
