Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for the U.S. Coast Guard Sector Eastern Great Lakes Command Center Mini Splits Replacement Project.  Refer to the Statement of Work for requirements.  No incumbent exists as this project is a new requirement.
