NIFC LANDSCAPE SERVICETHIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The Bureau of Land Management, National Interagency Fire Center, intends to issue a solicitation for General Landscaping at the Bureau of Land Management National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) located at 3833 S. Development Ave. Boise ID, 83705. The landscape requirement will be for any and all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform General Landscaping and Plant Care.This procurement is set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 561730 Landscape care and Maintenance Services, size standard is $9.5M. TYPE OF CONTRACTS: The Government will award Single Award Solicitation, firm-fixed price base contract with three option years. The evaluation criteria will be conducted under Best Value to the Government.The solicitation documents including specifications and bid sheet will be issued on or about June 1, 2026, and will be posted on the SAM.gov website under the Solicitation number in the contract opportunities section. This date is subject to change.
