The 194th Wing Contracting Office is seeking custom-branded promotional items to support Air National Guard recruiting efforts: - Government buyer: W7N6 USPFO ACTIVITY WAANG 194, part of the DEPT OF DEFENSE, DEPT OF THE ARMY, NATIONAL GUARD BUREAU, located at Camp Murray, Washington - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; all items are custom promotional products - Products requested: - 2 full-size corn hole sets with handles, branded with Air National Guard logo - 200 stainless steel tumblers (36-40oz, all black with white ANG logo, with straw) - 200 small gym/duffel bags (all black with white logo, size 10"H x 18"W x 10"D) - 200 Bluetooth speakers (pill/tube shape, 4-5 inches, black with ANG logo) - 280 3/4 zip pullovers (fleece or similar, black with white logo; sizes: 40 small, 80 medium, 120 large, 40 X-large) - 200 trucker hats or ball caps (snap back, black and white with ANG logo) - All items must feature the Air National Guard logo and meet specified color, size, and branding requirements - Procurement is set aside 100% for small businesses - No part numbers or specific manufacturers are provided; all items are custom-branded

In accordance with RFO 5.101(c), The 194th Wing Contracting Office issues the following Pre Solicitiation notice:

4)(i) Description - The following items will be solicited to contractors for fulfillment:

2 each Full size  Corn hole sets with a handle, branded with the Air National Guard logo to be provided 200 each 36-40oz stainless steel tumbler with straw. All black with white ANG logo 200 each Small gym/duffel bag. All black with white logo. At least this size (Size10"H x 18"W x 10"D) 200 each Bluetooth speaker. Pill/tube shape at least 4-5 inches in length. Black with ANG logo on it. 280 each (40 Small, 80 medium, 120 large, 40 X-large) 3/4 zip pull over. Fleece or similar material. Black with white logo on left breast. 200 each Trucker hat or ball cap with snap back. Black and white with ANG logo on it.

(4)(vi) All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this notice or forthcoming oral solicitation, which will be considered by the 194th Contracting Office.
