DBA Riveer Environmental (OEM of the CWRS) - Products/Services Requested: - On-site system assessment and diagnostic services for the CWRS - Dispatch of at least three factory-trained technical personnel - Visual and physical inspection, functionality testing, and bypassing of proprietary lock-outs - Interim repairs as needed - Detailed diagnostic and recommendation report, including Bill of Materials and cost estimate to restore the system to factory specifications - Service is for 1 lot (comprehensive assessment and report) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Only the OEM (Riveer Environmental) is capable of safely performing the work due to proprietary system lock-outs and specialized expertise - Work must be performed on-site at Keflavik Air Base, Iceland - The assessment must include root cause analysis and recommendations for full restoration - The period of performance is five consecutive days on-site, to be completed within 30 days of contract award

This SOW defines the requirements for the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to conduct a comprehensive onsite diagnostic assessment of the non-operational Clear Water Rinse System (CWRS) located at Keflavik Air Base, Iceland. The primary objective is to perform a root cause analysis of the system's failures, determine the full extent of necessary repairs, and provide actionable recommendations and a cost estimate to restore the system to full factory specifications.
