The U.S. Air Force at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho, is seeking a vendor to provide and install a ski and snowboard grinding machine for its Outdoor Adventure facility. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 366th Force Support Squadron and 366 CONS LGCP at Mountain Home AFB - Products/Services Requested: - One (1) ski/snowboard grinding machine with edge grinding attachment - Must include a 220v universal belt grinder, closed cooling system, and attachments for both skis and snowboards - Must meet specific size and functional requirements as detailed in the specifications - Minimum one-year warranty required - Installation of the grinding machine in accordance with manufacturer specifications - Includes setup, operational verification, facility cleanliness, and repair of any installation-related damage - Training for government personnel on operation and maintenance of the machine - Includes a basic starter kit of supplies and post-installation technical support (phone or in-person) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Delivery and installation must be completed within 30 days of contract award - 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 339920 - All quotes must remain valid through the end of September - Funding is contingent upon future appropriations; no obligation until funds are available - No specific OEMs or part numbers are identified in the solicitation - Delivery Location: Outdoor Adventure facility, 655 Pine St Bldg 2800, Mountain Home AFB, ID 83648

Ski and Snowboard Gringing Machine and installation.

The 366th Contracting Squadron, Services & Commodities Flight, Mountain Home AFB, Idaho, is soliciting a requirement for FA489726Q0018.  This procurement is in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This procurement will be conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.  Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to all solicitation requirements, and represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered.

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
