This requirement is to purchase proprietary, commercial Syndeo Intelligent Gateway software and field and engineering support services for DISA / SD / SD43.  This effort will support Organizational Messaging Branch National Gateway Center Syndeo Intelligent Gateway operations with maintenance, Field Service Representative (FSR), and Field Engineering Notice support, enabling vendor subject matter expert collaboration.
