Description
Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District is soliciting proposals from qualified firms, vendor teams, and/or integrated vendor platforms to provide comprehensive services for the District's self-funded employee medical plan. Services sought include medical third-party administration (TPA), medical network access, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), specialty pharmacy, and strategic cost-containment solutions. The District may consider replacement vendors, supplemental or carve-out providers, modular service arrangements, or continuation of all or part of its current vendor structure. The District reserves the right to award contracts in a manner it deems most advantageous, including selection of a single vendor, multiple vendors, or no award. Respondents may submit comprehensive or modular proposals with clear scope, exclusions, dependencies, and pricing.
