The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for the installation of a flagpole at the HHSC Building 634 located on the Austin State Hospital campus. The contract will be available for use by both HHSC and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS).
