Description

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is issuing this notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for

Luminex Flexmap3D multiplexing instrument with xPONENT 4.3 software, and multiplexing system capable of analyzing up to 500 biological targets simultaneously. This is a Brand Name Only requirement. 

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this acquisition is 334516 – Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing.

Additional information about the requirement is available in the attachment accompanying this notice. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of acquisition.

There is no solicitation currently, and this request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary, and the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred to respond.

Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition, and multiple awards may be made. The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice.
